WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a furniture maker in interior construction, you independently make the parts of various interiors such as catering, houses, offices and hotels on the basis of working drawings. You work precisely and you have a high-quality standard. Every interior you work on is unique. This gives your work a variety and technical challenge. Thanks to your craftsmanship, you are able to constantly find new solutions for practical challenges. You will work with all types of sheet material and solid wood. You will also work on location and install components. To ensure the highest quality standard of interiors, you work with modern machines and together with your colleagues as a team.

At TWO-O we like to do things slightly differently. We design and make interior and total concepts that extend beyond the physical and the aesthetic. Sustainable solutions. And in whatever part of the process our contribution is needed, we actively think along. We thereby integrate new techniques into existing crafts.

As a furniture designer and maker at TWO-O you are…. 

• followed a technical training (Wood & Furnishing College level 4)
• have demonstrable MBO work and level of thinking
• good knowledge of CNC techniques 
• have technical insight 
• can think abstractly 
• can read drawings and convert them into production 
• can read drawings and read corresponding shape & position tolerances
• have knowledge of computer programs for the use of manuals and Excel
• have a sense of responsibility and perseverance 
• are independent, accurate and punctual 
• are a team player
• you live in the Amsterdam area 
• experienced in woodworking and interior construction
• an example for the others within our team
• positive, enthusiastic and driven 
• enterprising, flexible and proactive in finding solutions
• continuously looking to do things better, smarter and more efficiently
• structured and organized 
• someone who asks for help in a timely manner
• eager to learn and keep getting better
• enthusiastic ambassador of our brand philosophy 
• creative and thinks ‘out-of-the-box’
• good communicative skills 
• in possession of a driver’s license 
• pre: experienced with CNC milling machine 
• pre: available at short notice
