Vacancy Sales and Account Manager

Do you want to become part of a fast-growing interior design & production company? Do you want to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment? At TWO-O we embrace modern craftsmanship and realize sustainable interior concepts with modern means but in a traditional way in our workshop in Amsterdam. We are immediately looking for a full-time sales employee with at least three years of work experience in the field of interior and design.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

When a request comes in for custom production, you ensure that this customer is served as well as possible and purchases the product. The requests are received by email, telephone and the website. Varied and dynamic. In order to serve the customer as well as possible, you will be trained in all the options available in terms of material and technical development. This way you can serve the customer well at all times and invite them to our showroom. When you have closed the deal, you make sure that everything is prepared for work preparation and you link up with colleagues who do the design, work preparation and production. It is a very suitable position if you like to be commercially active. You take up sales opportunities and propose alternatives to increase orders.

AS A SALESMAN WITH COMMERCIAL SKILLS AT TWO-O….

• do you have mbo + working and thinking level or a relevant completed higher vocational education (for example: commercial economics, small business and retail management or international business and languages) are you commercial and familiar with interior productions
• you have good communication skills and you listen carefully to what the customer wants
• you have experience with Microsoft office software and Google docs
• work out your orders and quotations
• explore new sales opportunities
• support your sales colleagues in the field
• you solve customer issues (by phone or email)
• you monitor the sales process
• you give the customer a smile and a satisfied feeling
• you have work experience from a similar position
• excellent command of the Dutch and English language. Any other foreign language is a bonus!
