WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an operator, you are jointly responsible for controlling and maintaining the CNC machine under the supervision of our technical expert.

You work on your own work preparation and execution on a daily basis, and you also assist in assembling this. As an operator, you process technical drawings (CAD / CAM / STEP files) into CNC files and you are busy with setting up the machine tools. Due to a diversity of products, every order is different, which provides the necessary variety and challenge. Your main task is to assist the person responsible for the management of the productions.

We have a 5-axis CNC machine from HOMAG. This allows us to perform the most complex milling operations in one setup. This saves time and improves accuracy. A better product in less time.

AS A CNC OPERATOR AT TWO-O YOU HAVE …

• followed a technical training (Wood & Furnishing College level 4)
• have demonstrable MBO work and level of thinking
• good knowledge of CNC techniques
• have technical insight
• can think abstractly
• can read drawings and convert them into production
• can read drawings and read corresponding shape & position tolerances
• have experience in CNC Applications, CAD and other automation
• have knowledge of computer programs for the use of manuals and Excel
• have a sense of responsibility and perseverance
• are independent, accurate and punctual
• are a team player
• you live in the Amsterdam area

Initially, we will work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, these times may change in the future because people will work in shifts.
